Being a delegate at the CD3 Convention is a great way to endorse candidates for U.S. Congress, elect State committee members, and meet people in your community.
All Minnesotans are eligible to participate, though to obtain voting privileges you must be elected as a delegate for the CD3 Convention. This is typically done at the SD49 Convention.
