Local Non Profit Celebrated at EP City Council Meeting

It was all about PROP - People Reaching Out to People at tonight's City Council meeting!

Mayor Ron Case presented PROP Executive Director Jenifer Loon with a proclamation declaring Feb. 18, 2025, as Empty Bowls Day in support of the annual fundraiser.

And thanks to the generosity of Eden Prairie Liquor customers, Mayor Case and store employees also presented PROP with a check for $12,593. The donations were collected during the November 2024 Dollar Drive, well exceeding the $5,000 goal.

Thank you to the generous customers who contributed to this successful fundraising effort to help our neighbors in need.
